We’re Pregnant, We Miscarried, We’re Pregnant
Introducing….Little Browne!!! Look out world, we’re pregnant and building a child that will be coming to a world near you in October 2012…here’s the story:
Annie (age 40) and myself (age 35) finally decided that having a baby would be the right thing to do and that decision has led to a very interesting time since roughly August of 2011. Having gone through all the ups and downs of becoming pregnant and then having a miscarriage and becoming pregnant again…it’s been a pretty exciting journey thus far. Our goal is to share this journey on this blog for those that want to follow along, for our family and friends that don’t live close by, and for anyone else that finds the topic of parenthood, babies, and life interesting.
Living Life Pregnant!
We have chosen to live our life out loud, to share with others, and to be an open book with our thoughts and ideas, which has been pretty amazing thus far. Sure, we have had some people that don’t like the way we do things, but through our other blog (Hoot ‘n Annie), my own blog (Matthew Liberty), our Facebook pages, and Twitter we have thrown our life out there for all to see…not because we crave attention or think that we are worth having other people watch us, it’s because we have an ongoing message that we want to spread.
That message is that life is an adventure, an experiment, and a journey that we own for the short time we reside here on this planet. Make the best of it. Live out loud. Push yourself everyday to be better than the day before. Do something different everyday to push your comfort zones. No matter what happens in life, good or bad, life is about choices, perspective, and accountability…the realization of this fact is powerful, scary, but most importantly it is motivating.
Rather than write every word that is floating through my head right now I would encourage you to read these few brief blog posts that my wife and I wrote about becoming pregnant and then having a miscarriage. From there you can take a look at our Hoot n Annie site if you’re so inclined, that has been our wine and lifestyle blog for over two years.

I’m not sure how many times per week we will be posting on here yet, at least once, but could be a couple more times per week if we feel so inclined. We’d love for you to follow along and tell us what we’re doing right and what we’re doing wrong, because we know we all have opinions right? We’d love for you to just lurk and be a voyeur if that makes you happy or get involved and join the conversations…we are just as curious about your stories as we are in telling ours.
So, here we go people…get off your duff, subscribe via email so you’ll just get an email update when we post new stuff about Little Browne, and now let’s go live this crazy life before it’s too late!! Cheers, and thank you very much!
P.S. We’re still changing and improving this site…give us your feedback, and we appreciate your patience!!!

You KNEW we wanted in on all the details, didn’t you?
This is a wonderful idea, Annie and Matt. Like Jeannette said, can’t wait for Little Brown to drop in and say hi.
What a wonderful gift for the child, so much love even before being born. I also think it’s a great way to raise a child with minimum fear of being open about things.
As always, here to extend my full support across the seas.
